Dr. Wendy J. Katz and her knowledgeable staff offer a unique experience for their patients compared to other practices in the area. We are a small cohesive orthodontic office that provides personal attention to our patients. Most of our staff has been together since 1994 and everyone has been in the dental field for a minimum of 10 years. Our staff is extremely dedicated and experienced.
- We are proud to offer the revolutionary and innovative technology called SureSmile® which enables us to decrease the total number of appointments and frequency of visits to the office, resulting in shorter treatment time. These are terrific benefits to our patients so that they will not have to miss work or school as often.
- We receive patient referrals from many oral surgeons in the area to render orthodontic treatment for difficult cases that require combined orthodontic and surgery for the best cosmetic and functional result. We are considered an expert by these doctors and are their preferred provider of services.
- We offer complimentary first visits to discuss your needs and allow patients to realize their full insurance benefits. We will assist the filing of your insurance for many types of treatment and family discounts if insurance permits.
- We offer flexible payment schedules including in-house, no-interest financing over the course of treatment or outside financing if payments extend beyond the treatment time.
- Most emergency visits after hours are offered at no charge.
- The first set of retainers is included in the case fee except for open-ended or transfer patients, as well as one full year of the retention phase.
- We will continue to see recall patients at no charge until they are ready to start orthodontic treatment.
- Patients can earn gift cards with our patient incentive program.
- Our office is outfitted with Wi-Fi connections in the reception area, and patients can utilize a variety of online appointment and account functions.
We have four languages spoken currently in the office - English, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch.
